Tonnesof variety of food, you can't even try it all. I am not a buffet person, but this is great. The have a section for dim sum, salads, sushi, western Chinese food, and ice cream. They are really quick to refresh their food. The quality was really good and I liked that you can see the sushi being prepared in front of you.
